Two days' programme

27th December (Saturday)

Woke up at 8 something and had breakfast. Then, I headed for car tour. First destination was Queensway. There's a huge mall that sells sports stuff. Yea! I managed to get my sports shoes at 55 sing! And it's Nike! cool right? How nice if I can work here. The shoes' like so cheap to Singaporeans. Sigh.. Then, continued the car tour. We stopped by Esplanade and had a tour there. Took loads of photos. Thanks to my dad! Always also ask me to take photos of the scenery. Be submissive! So, I took. Then, we had ice cream. It's ordinary ice cream but the way we ate it is different compared to Malaysia. It's either you place the ice cream between two pieces waffles or a slice of colourful bread. Hmm.. Delicious! Hehe.. After that, we had lunch and spent some time loitering at the shop lots on top of the foodcourt. They sell many army stuffs. According to my uncle, most of the soldiers go there to have their army stuffs done. Then, we headed home and rested a while. Then, we went for Forest Adventure. It was fun. It costs 28 per person and it took us around 1 and a half hours to complete the course. It's fun! It has 4 major flying fox and 2 mini ones. Don't play play okay! I actually finished the whole course without any help!!! Muakaka.. I'm so proud of myself. By the time we finished, it's about 7.30pm. We went for dinner at Ang Mo Kio. Had a short walk and headed home. Was so tired!!!

Today (Sunday)

Woke up rather early today. Got ready and went to church - Bethesda Hall. I felt rather stranged there cause it was my first time there attending the worship service. They used something like our black hmyno. They songs they chose, out of 6, I know none of them. And they sang acapella. Fantastic! Then, I followed my aunt back to pick up the kids. Wanted to stay at home initially, but followed them back to church instead. For my age, I'm actually required to attend the Sunday School. However, I knew no one there of my age and I felt weird. So, I joined my aunt's group like my parents and brother. They call it CEP (Christian Evangelism Programme). Yea. I think it's something like this. After CEP, my family was invited by my dad's classmate's brother to a lunch. I was so reluctant to go. I didn't know anyone there. I'd rather follow my aunt back and sleep. I was really very tired as I didn'd have enough sleep the previous night. Sigh.. But, dad's look was so scary that I gave in. Got to know the "host". He's Uncle Aloysius. His wife -Aunty Sherly, his daughter - Natalie (very beautiful) and his son - Noah. They're quite friendly people. After lunch, headed home and online a little while. After that, we went to Marina Barrage. On the way there, we spotted a sale of Crocodile. We stopped by and started shopping. For guys' stuffs of course. Not me! I just chose neckties for dad and shirt for grandpa. I've no target to buy things for. Back to the Marina Barrage. The scenery there was superb! A nice place for dating. Haha.. We visited the gallery as well. But, we just glanced through the place. Cause we thought we were running out of time. At the end of it, we were given an opportunity to take a photo (or photos) for memory and email it. Fun! Then, we quickly ran to the entrance to meet up with the adults. Who knows? We waited and we waited till we were so hungry. So, we sneaked out to buy ice cream!!! Hehe.. So fun! We gulped it down so as to prevent the adults from knowing. Haha.. Cause, it's gonna be dinner time. Anyway, we kept quiet after that. Kakaka.. We went for dinner and walked home (with the younger ones). This is exercise! I've taken in a lot of food these few days. Scary! I've gained side ways!!! Aarrgghh!!!! Help!! Diet when I'm back in Malaysia.

Gonna leave Singapore tomorrow. So sad! I've not done something that I've wanted to do very much. The bungy jump!!! Sigh.. It's in Clarke Quay. They call it G-Max Reverse Bungy. As it's too costly, dad doesn't allow me to do it. Sigh... I'm so sad and disappointed! It costs 30 sing for students and 45 for normal people. I'm so darn disappointed. So, I'll be working to earn money for it. I've offered to pay it myself. But dad wants me to work to get the money, not through my savings. Sigh.. Anyway, that's my aim!!! My next destination when I come to Singapore again! Yes!!! After reaching Malaysia, I'll be going to Malacca. Toodles!

*I'll post the photos later. Check it out later. :P Too many already. Need to scan through first.

Today's programme

Went out for breakfast at 8.30. Then, headed towards to the Singapore Expo. Shopped like mad. Managed to get 3 pants and a pair of crocs. BIG SALE!!! I got 3 pants for less than 20 sing and crocs for 30 sing. Everyone got something. Gosh! Crazy! After that, we headed for lunch. Had Penang delights. The laksa was nice. Hmm.. Then, headed towards Bugis street. It has cheap stuffs there. It's sorta like Petaling Street. Many things for youths. Got a pants again. Which means I got 4 pants today! Haha.. So syok! Then, headed back to the house via MRT and bus. Hehe.. I've tried all the public transport today except taxi. Taxi is so darn costly! Crazy! 3 sing for the first kilometre. Aiyo.. Had really long long long walk today. Whew.. But ate alot during dinner. I suppose that balance back.

Tomorrow's program - shopping and going to Forest Adventure. Forest Adventure is something like flying fox and stuffs like that. Hope I can survive. My uncle says it lasts 2 hours. **scared**

My Christmas day

Woke up by my aunt today at 7.30. Got ready and headed to church for the 9 o'clock service. It started with a song and followed by the choir and then a message. The choir is really SUPERB!!! It's sorta like the musical we once did for Easter with KCC. It's nice. The soloist was aunty Kenya. Her voice is so darn good! It sounds like it came out from the cd. Cool! We met some people who used to attend KCC and Sungai Nibong (I've no idea who they are). Then, we went to meet up with my mum's 5th sister. Had lunch there and had some chat. Gosh! Everybody asking me got boyfriend anot and stuffs. Things like I get married and give my parents the job to take care of grandchildren. I was like.. sweat. Boyfriend also don't have, how to have children? Aiyoyo.. Aunties! Then, we went over to my mum's eldest sister's house by taking MRT. It was fast and easy! When we reached the terminal of the MRT, we saw some shops and went... SHOPPING! Haha.. Managed to get a skirt and a dress. Rested a while at my aunt's place and went for a walk in Little Guilin (the real one can be found in China). Walked back to my aunt's place and had dinner at a restaurant nearby. After dinner, my cousin sent us back to my aunt's place. Took a bath and rested. Gonna go for Singapore expo tomorrow and shop again. Hehe.. Photos explain it all. Tada!

Writing from Singapore

Woke up 6 something today and left Kajang at 7.30 in the morning. Reached JB around 11.30 and went for lunch. Arrived at the imigresen at 1 something and got stuck there for around 45 minutes (including checking, passport stuffs, etc). Reached aunt's house around 2.30. Then, we rested for a while and had an early dinner.Riding on a black Persage, we headed to Ang Mo Kio Hub and the stalls nearby for shopping. Hunted for my shoes but couldn't get any. There were loads of suggestion by the 9 other people in the car. Every pair of shoes that I like is out of the budget. Those that I don't like is within the budget. WHAT IS THIS?? Aarrgghh..!!! Worst scenario will be - I'll get the shoes posted earlier. Though it's a little bit costly. Anyway, I'll be here till Monday. Which means I still have time to shop. I saw a dress for dinner too! Darn nice but quite expensive (to me). Gonna sleep soon. Joining aunt's church tomorrow for Christmas at 9 in the morning. So early!!! Gosh! First time joining a church that I don't know for Christmas. Cool! Apart from that, I'll be visiting my other aunts tomorrow after the Christmas service. I'll post some photos in the later post (if there's any).

Hey fellow EYs, how's prom!!?? I missed it! If any of you looking for me, email me. That's the only way to get in touch with me. :) And MSN, provided I'm online. It's full vacation! No phone calls, no sms, no nothing.

Lastly, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYBODY!!!

Writing from Kajang

Yesterday marked the last day of caroling for me. The last house was Unc William's house. After some fellowship, I had to head home. So, I went to give my sisters a hug. Chow chow, ber, am, eliza.. When it came to Eliza, she burst into tears. I was like, "What happened?" As an emo person, I cried too. You ask me why? Well, maybe we won't be meeting each other till March. She has her NS which she'll leave for this year. Take care girl! When I reached home, it was almost 12. So, I did some last minute pack up and slept. Woke up at 6 something and headed for breakfast and started the journey. Gohs! So tired! Can't sleep in the car some more. Sigh.. When I reached KL, I went for shopping!!! Got some t-shirts and went home. Believe it or not, I actually spent around 5 hours in the mall. Haha.. No kidding. Headed back to my aunt's place and had some rest. Gonna leave for Singapore early tomorrow morning. Sigh. Gonna sleep early today. I'm missing everyone in Ipoh already. Sigh. Hopefully I'll be back for watchnite and countdown. :) till then.

~some cam-whore photos in the car. I know I look like a female robocop. hehe..~

~something made up of car parts. It's so amazing! Found it in Jusco Cheras (Balakong)~

~A shoe I spotted. but the pinky thing made me think a lot. hehe.. still thinking..~

Caroling

I've been following the youths for caroling for.. two days? Started on Friday night. It was raining cats and dogs that day. Most of us didn't know the road so we had to follow closely. Who knows, it was too heavy that we could hardly recognise the cars. So some got lost and one car even broke down. Sigh.. Anyway, everything went on smoothly. Thank God!

Second day was today. Went to Li Yen's house. Everyone had fun there. It was so crazy! Everyone was so hyped about caroling, Christmas, fellowship, FOOD, etc. I myself had fun there too. Seeing the youths being so crazy really comforts me a lot. Not everyone has the ability to mix around without any problem. Right? So, yea, it was cool!

For photos, kindly visit the official website of the Elim Youths - www.ipohelimyouth.blogspot.com

More caroling tomorrow! Venues are katan and Uncle William's place. :)

Whew

Went for nasi g**ja and met an asinine. We were queueing and he just walked past us and take away. Clarence being so "not syok" just look at him and he scolded back. Everybody looked at us and it was so darn embarassing. I was like, "Oi! It's your fault leh! Still want to scold!" But, to be honest, I was really so super hyper duper scared. I scared that he might hurt one of us. You know, someone who is not in the right mind will do something real crazy! So, my mood was so spoiled. I could hardly speak after that incident. But as we were eating the nasi g**ja which caused us so much trouble, I started to feel better. But the funniest part was when the people were eating the nasi. So freaking funny! Everybody was like, "My stomach is burning", "My mouth is burning", "I can't eat it anymore", "I need water!!! Where's the water!?" and so on. Me? I'm the most normal one. I didn't say any of those and I finished that packet of nasi first! Hehe.. Maklumlah, my brother always say I eat chilli like nothing. Keke..

After lunch, we had a short practice for the Sunday School Christmas Celebration. Then I headed home for my driving lesson. Today's my third lesson and I nearly banged another car. Keke.. Don't worry. It won't happen again. I'll be a safe driver in the future. :P

I was baking some cookies just now. It's fun but darn tiring! I made chocolate and nuts cookies. Anybody game to try it?? Hehe.. I think it's edible as I tried one.

Finally

Finally I got my haircut! Woohoo!!! First time going to that particular saloon called Studio B and it feels great! My hair was washed by a handsome guy called Chris. He even taught me how to take care of my hair and stuffs. Never in my life have I imagined that a GUY will teach me how to take care of my hair. Gosh! So fish eh! We chat a lot. Then, my hair was cut by a girl called Ah Lee. Yea! She's a nice girl I would say. And I love my new hairstyle. Just that after she curls it, it looks a bit weird (especially after I put on my specs). Luckily it's not permanent. Chris said that I looked more beautiful without my specs. Hee.. **shyshy** And the other hairdressers were darn friendly too. One of them has a potential to be a tour guide. He talked non-stop, introducing Ipoh stuffs. So cool! Then, another guy was so pro! When I entered the saloon and sat down, he just touched my hair, gather them and let go, gather them and let go. Then, he told me how he will cut and stuffs. But, due to some unforeseen circumstances, he didn't managed to do my hair. Yea! Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would wish to visit there again. It costs me 25 bugs. But one sad thing is that, my friends highlighted their hair, except me. No green light from my parents :( . I'm very sad... I wanna highlight!!! But, going to this saloon took me "years" to persuade my mum. So, I should be satisfied. Okay! Count your blessing name them one by one!

Family Trip 071208-081208 ~ Fraser Hill

These are what I call winding pathways. It's far worse than the road to Cameron.

The place I've stayed in. It's some thing we call nice on the outside but ugly on the inside.

These are the reasons my brother call me a self-loving person. Actually, I was to bored. So, I trained my camera skills. Keke..

Some other photos I took..
